I can browse for an image, but it won't upload…

  I’m changing the header phote on a new blog. I can browse for the image, but when i hit ‘upload’, the file disappears and the box the file name was in (right next to the ‘browse’ button) is empty. It’s a jpeg file. Thanks for your help.
