I can log into wordpress.com but not WP Admin

  I’m only able to access my wordpress.com account. When I try to go to the WP Admin page for my site to make changes it says that the password doesn’t match. When I try to recover my password I am not receiving any emails into either my inbox nor my spam. Even when I updated my recovery email to another one I don’t see any communications. I really need to update my store location as we have recently moved and customers don’t know where to find us! Thanks for any help!

  Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
