I can login in wordpress.com but I can’t manage my blog

  The access to my site is denied.
  It says I have no rights to view the page.
  It says http error 403
  But only I have access to my site, no one else can access it.
  Could it have been hacked? It doesn’t look like the content has been changed, though, and I haven’t been asked for a ransom.
  When I ask for the recovery pw, it doesn’t send it to me.
