I can no longer access my website

  I am trying to access sawomensoutreach.ca from my office computer and can no longer access it. It seems others can access it offsite, but I no longer can access it onsite. When I try, I get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. My mobile can access it, but the computer cannot. Help!
