I can no longer add child pages
-
When I create a child page, there are no indications of problems, but the page does not show up in the menu under its parent page. I have tried a couple different times, under different parents. For example,
http://sueperryauthor.com/books-3/nica-of-los-angeles-2/
should show up in the Novels menu, just as this child does:
http://sueperryauthor.com/books-3/scar-jewelry/I recently changed themes. The problem showed up after that time. Related?

have you turned on custom menus or unchecked the “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” box on the Appearance>Menus page on your dashboard? Either of those options could impact new pages automatically showing up in menus.
The custom menu support page should help you solve the problem: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Aha. I messed around on the Appearance>Menus page and was able to add it that way. Thanks!
