I can no longer edit Canvas modules

    When I open up a canvas module to add content, I do not see any content to edit. Everything looks fine when you pull up the page on the site, I just can’t seem to get at anything to edit it anymore.

    I have a picture I could post showing what I see, but I’m not sure how to post pics here. Which raises another issue: while I’ve been managing this site myself for a couple of years now, I’m not tech savvy. I know my way around the WordPress system reasonably well, but am lost when it comes to HTML or deep aspects of site design and management.

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
