I can no longer log into my main site to upgrade/renew

WordPress.com will not send me a link to log into my account for kathleenjae.com. The email connected is (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is where all other emails concerning my site have gone to. About a month ago I got an email (at (email visible only to moderators and staff)) that said I needed to renew my site. Right about then I’ve encountered one personal disaster after another. A few days ago I remembered I had to renew, and when I was directed to input the email address to get a link, nothing was ever sent. My site is still live, I just can’t get connected to it to renew (and I was probably going to upgrade) it. In addition, apparently all of my free sites, which were connected to kathleenjae.com, are gone. A few days ago WordPress gifted me a new site which I never asked for starting with “enthusiasticallyotter…” This site is connected to another email address, and that is the only site I seem to have now. How can I get a link sent to me to help me connect to kathleenjae.com?
