I can no longer upload photos

Hi. I started my new blog a few weeks ago, and suddenly yesterday I could no longer upload photos. I tried it from the app and from my browser but neither works. From the app, I get a blank screen after selecting “choose photo from device” with the only option being to cancel. From the browser, I’m able to select a photo. It briefly pops up and then says, “No data provided.”

Thanks so much for the tip. Unfortunately, I followed the instructions and it still doesn’t work. I’m continuing to get the same errors.

If I’m not mistaken, you’re using your phone’s web browser. Please let me know your phone’s operating system so I can further help you troubleshoot this.

I always use the app on my phone, but when it stopped allowing me to upload photos a few days ago, I switched to Safari to try it from the browser. Today I was able to upload photos using my laptop, but it still will not work on my iPhone whether I use the browser or the app. I just updated to iOS 15.7 a few minutes ago and then updated the WordPress app. I’m still getting the same blank screen when trying to upload photos.
