Note this username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/cadavidjuan
See here to clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies so you can log in under the correct account and delete the blog registered under it.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools > Delete site
http://cadavidjuan.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blogThe guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/Alternatively, to change blog visibility to Private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings

You actually need to be logged in as the site owner to delete a site. Then it’s easiest to remove it via wordpress.com/settings — select a site if needed, then scroll down and click the Delete option. Let us know if any of you need more help!

The way to log in isn’t email and password? I don’t have any other options. I though I was logging in as site owner, I’m suppose to be the owner of my account

It was created with another username. That user may also be you, but the system needs you to log in as that user. Then you can delete the site under wordpress.com/settings .

Ok, I thought my account was created with my hotmail account, is it possible to know if the account is linked with this email? [redacted], if not, can you please tell me the user name in order I can remmeber wich password is.
tks -
We are not able to reveal the username or email address on this account, but if you’ll check each of your email addresses with the login form, you’re get the reset link when you enter the correct address:
