I can not access live chat despite being an administrator on a paid plan.

  Ridiculous that I can not access Live Chat. Instructions on the website do not work. I do not want to post my question on the public forum.

  I don’t see any purchases associated with this account.

  Is it possible the purchases are associated with a different account? Do you know the site’s URL that you made purchases for?

  If you log in under the account that has a WordPress.com paid plan, you will be able to access live chat at https://wordpress.com/help/contact/

  Only the owner of the paid wordpress.com plan has access to Live Chat. Perhaps he can post his question over there.
