I can not access my site.

On wordpress.com my site has a red excalation point net to it nd it says ‘this site can not be accessed’ and when i type in my web address on a browser this paragraph pops up on a white screen that says ‘* * The base configuration for WordPress * * The wp-config.php creation script uses this file during the * installation.
