I can not access my web site, says wrong password.

    I can not get my password from HELP , says to set up a CNAME but no indication how to do that. My web site is: healingthespirit.tv

    Hi James, you’re logged into a different account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

    If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification and the correct address.
