  Also WordPress is not allowing Account Recovery because the account does not exsist.
  I need help – I need to urgently make changes to pages and blocks and add new menu bars and add photos.

  I found the account that the site is under and you should be able to recover the account with the right credentials.

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.
