I can not access to my wordpress admin, changed url site, HELP PLEASE!

  I can not access to my wordpress admin and it redirect to another page because i changed my WordPress URL, i try to fixed it with ccpanel site url, home and it did not work, i tried too wih FTP changed wp-config and functions.php and nothing happened, i have not idea what i need to do to fix it, please help me.

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
