  What do you mean by image?
  Are you referring to the activation email?

  Have you checked if it is in the Spam folder? Gmail also sometimes filter messages to the Social and Updates tabs, in which case it won’t be in your inbox. Try searching your email for “wordpress.com”

  Otherwise, please go to your account settings and make sure that the email address you added there does not contain any mistakes. If there is a mistake, fix it and save, and you will get a new verification email at the correct address.
