I can not add categories

  On my blog when I go to add a category in a post it does not show up once I type it in. This is even if I hit the enter button or if I actually click “Add category”.

  From the category’s menu when I go to add a category I get a red box error up at the top that says that an error has occurred and I need to refresh my browser. This is in IE and Firefox and it does not help to refresh my browser or to start a new session completely. Both browsers are up to date. This is on a computer with XP.
