  It’s not possible to upload themes on WordPress.com, you’ll need to choose from our collection of over 300 themes:

  If you need to use a custom theme you can run the WordPress software on your own hosting and upload any theme you like, including custom ones. You can get started over at WordPress.org:

  You’d need to find a web host and run the WordPress software yourself. Many hosts have WordPress pre-installed.
