I can not add plug in

  Hi,

  I just sign up to wordpress because I just buy WP lead Plus and I want to upload in my WordPress new
  account. When I click log in it stated that I have to upgrade my account. As I see it in youtube tutorial
  when I click Plug in It will appear thaT I have to upgrade first my account but I want only to download
  my WP lead Plus.
  I hope you can help me to solved this Problem.

  Plugins can’t be installed on a WordPress.com site. To use the WP lead Plus plugin, you could register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
