I can’t change my DNS and I’m unable to access field manager .
We are trying to migrate to another host but WordPress.com is not allowing usWP.com: Unknown

Hey there, our records say your DNS is with dns-parking.com, so WordPress.com actually doesn’t control those settings for you.
You should be able to update the settings with them, or you can point your domain to a different nameserver and update there.
If you’re still stuck, can you share more details? Also, note this community forum is for sites that use our services, rather than the free WordPress software. If you’re using a copy of WordPress with another host, you’ll want to use this resource instead:

I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.As we stated before, we don’t host your site nor are we your domain registrar so there is nothing we can do to affect or fix this issue.
You need to log into the account you used to register the domain. A WHOIS search doesn’t bring up much information about the domain registrar, but you can review that here and perhaps that will jog your memory:

Again, we can’t help you with this, so contact your domain registrar to change your DNS settings.
