I can not create a new blog.

    SO when I want to create a new blog, it asks me what kinda page I want, the theme and the domain name. After I do everything, The step 4 of 4 (logged in), which is select your plan, appears. I try to pick a plan but there aren’t even buttons for it. I’ve tied with different browsers, different computers and logged off. None have worked. Are the servers busy or something right now?
