I can not edit my pages when i click edit its go to live site,

    I have an issue with my site since last Friday, the technical support couldn’t fix the problem, and they respond one time during the 24 hours , its an issue with wordpress’s product and need to be fixed , i can not edit my site . i paid to build a site and now i am unable to edit and build it, i need someone who can help i been sending messages back and forth with the support team and its look like they do not know what they doing!!!!! i even shared screenshot, i did all what they asked me to do, delete browser and installed new one, delete cashe , i even tried with other computer its still same issue, i have wix site before you can reach to their support team in 5 minutes even talk to them on the phone , what the hell its going on here , if i know its will be like this i wont buy WordPress site, this is terrible.
