I can not enter my old account

  I can not enter my old account, and when i send for a new password my mail is not recognized.. I have not logged in since 2008, but I want to use the nickname. The nick for my old account is “Djaola”, Can you help me open it, or can you maybe delete it so I can create a new account with that name?
