I can not export my content today. Why? Please answer

Well, it says, “there’s a problem preparing your contents” or the likes. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I have tried to create some backups formerly and it worked just fine. What’s wrong with today? I don’t understand

@mydreamyjournal – looking at your site logs I’m not seeing an export attempt recently. The last one was ~4 months ago.
Could you try logging out of your WordPress.com account from your account page, then log back in and try again.
Let us know if you run into the same problem and we’ll take a closer look.

I have just tried to export just a moment ago. Why it doesn’t appear at my site logs, I dunno. Please fix this, I really want to export my content

Perhaps there are errors so the export effort is not ccount I have tried to export many times today. The URL is the same with the one mentioned above. I don’t try to export other blogs

I’m definitely not seeing any export attempts under https://mydreamyjournal.wordpress.com/
In fact, there’s no activity in the last 3 months.
If that is the correct site, first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

You guys realize that to answer this forum, then I have to login to my blog, right? So I login right now and try to export just a moment ago to no avail. I am using the latest browser and have tried this with different latest browser without a different result. How’s about trying to export my blog from the other side and send the file to my email? It will be very helpful. Thank you for all of you who have answered so far

Can you check if the export works if you try it via https://mydreamyjournal.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php instead?
We can send you the file dircetly, but if we don’t figure out what’s preventing you from exporting, you’ll just run into this issue again next time, so it would be better if you can continue working with us to troubleshoot this.

I have tried to export using the link above and it works! I don’t know why it didn’t work previously with the normal procedure on the blog menu, perhaps you could try to take a look at it further to fix whatever wrong with the website. It worked several months ago when I tried to backup my blog. Thank you, everyone.

So the problem is with the My Sites interface specifically.
Can you try exporting from there again now? Perhaps the export running via the classic dashboard has shaken something loose, as it were.
If you still get an error there, it would be helpful if you can check the browser console for any errors. We have a detailed explanation how to do that here:

If you see any errors, please take a screen shot of them, and upload to your media library. We’ll be able to see it there.

Sorry for the late reply, I am a little bit busy nowadays. I have tried to export the blog again today using the usual manner and it didn’t work. I have taken a screenshot and uploaded it on this link: https://ibb.co/cvqg0ZQ

This looks like an issue with your browser. If you have already cleared the browser’s cache, here’s what else I suggest trying:
* Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:
* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:
