I can not find my password or the domain I paid

    A few months ago my domain transfer godaddy http://www.artquitec.net this pregrada wordPress, I paid, I remember, 12 €. But now is not how to find or access. They say that domain is occupied (for me).

    Hi there,

    It looks like your domain has expired, as it’s showing as available to register at GoDaddy.com for me.

    The domain mapping upgrade you have with us only connects the domain to your account.

    To own the domain you had to renew it at your registrar, and it looks like you did not do this, so the domain was cancelled.

    The good news is, you should be able to register the domain now. If you want to register it with us, let me know and I’ll remove the mapping upgrade from your account so you can do that.

    Otherwise, you can register the domain somewhere else, like at GoDaddy, and then the mapping upgrade here will work again once you change the domain’s name servers.
