i can not find my user neither password to get into my site

  Dear Sir/Madam,
  I can not find my user neither password to get into my site. My name is Eva Ruiz Jimenez maybe my last email ( i dont have it anymore) could be (email visible only to moderators and staff) I am not sure. Please could you help me? Best regards, Eva Ruiz
