I got the problem to cancel my domain. when I cannot find the button cancellation Now it have been charged on my credit card. Please to refund.

To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. What is the URL of the domain you purchased starting with http:// please ?
Exactly which username account registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) for it? That is the account that can renew upgrades.

Hi @herbunadi , were you able to figure this out? I don’t see upgrades associated with your account, so as @timetheif pointed out you’ll want to go ahead and log in as the account you used to buy the upgrade, then you can cancel. I hope that helps!

I renewed my domain today and somehow it completely disconnected me from my wix website. I want a refund, but its not giving me the option to cancel. I would prefer to get my connection back to my wix site but if not, i want my refund.
