I can not gain access to my site ( anattractivelife.com is online) I have a profile and can login but then it says I have no sites

  For a second time this year my account is not accessible – I have not tried to add to my blog in a while and my iphone has been cleared and reformatted but even on mac MY SITE says I have no site ?????? and I dont know my username or my wordpress.com address

  Hi Naveena,

  anattractivelife.com is owned by another WordPress.com account, which is why you are unable to manage it from lawofattractionthebasics211217. Please try the following:

  • Log out of lawofattractionthebasics211217 from the My Profile page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Clear WordPress.com cookies
  • Login as lawofattractionthebasics
  • Go to your My Profile page and check that lawofattractionthebasics is displayed under your profile photo on the left

  Are you able to see anattractivelife.com listed under My Sites afterwards?
