I can not get a forget password link sent to my email

    I can get into siteground, and I can get into the dashboard on WordPress, but I can not get into my site to edit. It will not take my password. When I request a new (forgot) password link, it does not go to my email. If I try to change me password in the security section of my dashboard, it will not accept it when I try to go into my site. My email address is correct in WordPress. What am I doing wrong?
