I can not get into my website admin

    Hello, I changed my domain I have spoken to my website host many times. My website is up but I can’t get in. I can see this page but there is an error when I try to log in that says my username and my email do not exist. Please help

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Is the error happening when you use the “login with WordPress.com” button or the “login with username and password” option?

    If it’s the first, you’ll need to reach out to Jetpack support for help to see why your single sign-on feature isn’t working. If it’s the second, your host GoDaddy should be able to help. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
