I can not get my homepage slide show to work despite trying every option

  Hi I have been having a problem with my home page slide show I have tried taking off the other pages, changing titles of the page, the position of the pages and setting featured images. The problem has been going on for over 2weeks one day I had a slide show next I didn’t then I had a static picture that was fine. I don’t know what I am doing wrong I eliminated two pages that I had set up I tried the static page then the static front page with post page ect and just having a front page post page I am very confused at this moment. Thanks

  I see that you are using the Modularity Lite theme. Can you check to make sure your recent posts have really large images–at least 950 pixels by 425 pixels? It’s the first image in your post that will be used for the slideshow image.

  We did recently update a bug that allowed small images to stretch too much and we fixed it. You were probably relying on the bug before and that’s why it stopped working for you. Just make sure you have added images that meet the size requirements for the slideshow in Modularity Lite and you should be all set.
