I can not go through double authentication please help!

  Hello, I’m two years ago created an account MUHADDIS MEDIA on your platform on (email visible only to moderators and staff) mail and created a website MUHADDISMEDIA.WORDPRESS.COM problem is that I lost my phone and SIM card with one and a half years ago, and one day I accidentally got out of the account recording then I tried to re-enter, and I ordered a login and password and then enter it in two landmark requested authentication and I could not pass and I could do nothing but to turn to you to create a new account, thank you very much, thanks in advance!

  Здравствуйте я два года назад создал учетную запись MUHADDIS MEDIA на вашей платформе на почте (email visible only to moderators and staff) а также создал сайт MUHADDISMEDIA.WORDPRESS.COM проблема в том что я потерял телефон и сим карту вместе полтора года назад и однажды я случайно вышел из учетной записи потом я попробовал заново зайти и я прописал логин и пароль а дальше она у просила ввести двух этапную аутентификацию и я не смог пройти и мне не оставалось ничего кроме как обратиться к вам создав новую учетную запись ,большое вам спасибо , заранее благодарен !
