I can not install WordPress

  Dear Sir: Mi register name as user is “alfonsott”. My mail is: (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have downloaded WordPress software, but have been imposible to install because of is very dificultto follow the guide about it. Please help me. Is it posible install directly without use different programs ? Thaks. Alfonso Tamayo Tamayo

  You’re in luck. With a blog on WordPress.com, you do not need to install WordPress at all – it was already in place when you set up your account.

  If you are trying to install WordPress downloaded from WordPress.org for a different blog to be hosted elsewhere, you may be able to do so through your CPanel. However, we do not offer support for self-hosted WordPress sites on WordPress.com.
