I changed my phone number and I changed my password but now I can not receive code for the Two Step Authentication .
I had to create a new profile to connect and to have a helper .
Can you help me? -

I know but it did not Works.
I have the password but I do not have the codes and that’s my problem. -
That’s why I told you that you had to use the account recovery process and to go to the French speaking support forums for help in your own language.

On the French forum they give me the same solution. is the answer that I got:

The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

@timethief: She has already tried the Account recovery form but once she resets the password, she is still required to go through two-step authentication.
I already told her she should try to find the backup codes.
I think at this point she needs staff’s assistance. That’s why I sent her here and asked her to use the “modlook” tag.
