I can not login!

  When someone tries to get on our site there is just a whit screen as if our website does not exist. I tried to log in to WP Admin and I get the same thing ” a white screen” WP is stating user does not exist. I do not even know where to start to get our site back up and going.

  @wolffamilydentistry Then you’ll need to seek assistance from your host GoDaddy (?) as your site has no connection with WordPress.com. As your site will be using the WordPress.org software you can register an account and ask for advice at: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Thank you everyone, as I stated before I am clueless. I know that once a month I logged into WordPress and did updates that were needed to our website. Along with updating needed information such as adding staff bio’s and photos. I guess I just figured everything was with WordPress. The hosting is all new to me. So even though our site was put together with WordPress we have a company that host the site which is GoDaddy?

  That’s correct, to clear up any confusion there’s two versions/flavors of WordPress. There’s the open source project which can be installed and thousands of hosts around the world such as GoDaddy in your case. That project is worked on and developed by WordPress.org and support can be found here:
  https://wordpress.org/support/

  Then there’s the managed or hosted version which we run here at WordPress.com. Our setup is a bit different as we take care of the installation and many of the management tasks you been doing monthly for you.

  In addition, we make tools like Jetpack which can be used to bring the features of WordPress.com to your GoDaddy hosted WordPress site.

  I would start with GoDaddy and see if they can quickly locate the issue if not, the folks in the WordPress.org community can surely point you in the right direction.
