Hello, I am having an issue logging into my website Hickoxmedia.com. I can prove my ownership of this domain that I bought via namecheap.com. I believe the email should be ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff) or AlexanderHickox or (email visible only to moderators and staff)) This is a major issue as I have saved my email and passwords through LastPass and yet I can’t get in. Please respond quickly as I want my site operational.

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
