I can not long in and bugging update made errors

  Hello, I have problems seems yesterday. i try to update plugins in my website and when i did set start to work and back ing up lost pages and documents and suddenly its started to shot down and and keep writing that there was an error and i need to check bed bugging plugins in my admin email which i never used and i don’t even remember how to read there and most importantly i can not even log in to do any changes please help me . e domain name is laliko.events .
