I can not make a purchase

    I want to upgrade my site to e-commerce website plan, but during payment it gives me this error ‘AXLZNE’ . Can you help me?

    Purchases are currently blocked for your account. Please contact our billing support team as instructed by the notice appearing in your dashboard, by clicking the Contact us link in that notice. Then our billing support team will reply to you via email.
