  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will register.

  This sounds like it may be a cookie issue. Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then check your browser preferences and make sure cookies are not blocked.
