I can not recover my account

Hello,
I haven’t been in the administration of my blog for a while.
After three months, I tried to log in and the information popped up that my account was blocked due to security reasons.
I was asked to reset my password, but the registration email is no longer functional, the address unfortunately no longer exists.
I do not have two-factor authentication activated.
So I wanted to use the option to recover my account, but the whole process stalled on the message that the receipt was invalid.
I had to document this to verify the ownership of the account.
I had it sent directly from the bank where I made the transaction, so a mistake is out of the question!
How should I proceed?
I am completely blind.
