I can not see backup in the manage tab and plugins tab

  Bellow is my Admi Panel I can not see Plugins tab
  Dashboard Write Manage Links Presentation Users Options Import

  Manage tab (Posts Pages Categories Comments Awaiting Moderation (0) Invites (1) Akismet Spam (0)) As you can see there is not File and Backup

  Ther’s a thread here somewhere that backups of the database for your blog is on the todo list. A search for it should hit it.
