  Have you already gone to My Sites > Publicize to connect your WP.com site to Facebook?

  If you’ve already connected Facebook, keep in mind that your post needs to be published before it will be shared. So if it’s just a draft right now, it won’t yet be shared :)

  If you are connected to Facebook, and you have published a post and it’s not working, try disconnecting and then reconnecting Facebook to see if it helps.

  Ok I have the same exactly problem and I’m getting mad trying to solve it. there is no way!! I tried to disconnect and reconnect following all the steps and nothing at all. It works just for 2 posts and all the others gives an error message. Doesn’t share directly when I publish it and neither If I try manual …

  From within the Publicize section of the post editor of each post that you want to connect, are you selecting to publish it on Facebook as well?
