I can not sign into my account

I need to change the password for this URL and when I ask for a password resent we cannot find the email address it is going to. We believe it may be an old company address no one has access to. How can I resent the password
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/wp-login.php. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
