I can not update plugins, can not install plugins and can not upload files

Sorry, I cannot updates and install plugins in wordpress. Allways report error: ‘Could not create directory’. The same is with upload files. Report: ‘The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2017/04.’

You don’t give the address of the site you’re having problems with. This is WordPress.com where we can only use the plugins that are pre-loaded, and can’t install additional ones. It sounds like you’ve got a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software and need to seek help from the .org forum : https://wordpress.org/support/

We call that a self-hosted, or sometimes a WordPress.Org installationFrom your question it looks like you do not have sufficient permissions to modify that account. I used a poor choice of words and apologize for confusing you. From the problems you are describing, and the screenshots you showed us, there is something going on with the company hosting your site. You are being prevented from creating new, or adding to existing folders on their server for some reason. Something did change, but i cannot tell you whatYour hosting company can help you with this, we are unable to.
