  That being said, on your user account I do not see any renewals. Only a recent purchase of a Domain Mapping upgrade. Did you recently renew a domain under another WordPress.com username?

  Sorry, I misunderstood what you wanted to confirm.

  The reason you’ve not received the ICANN confirmation email is that you did not register a new domain with us, rather, you purchased our Domain Mapping upgrade:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  That upgrade is meant for people who had already purchased a domain elsewhere, but wish to point it to their WordPress.com site. According to this public search, the domain you wanted to register, mdvserviss.lv , is still available:

  http://who.is/whois/mdvserviss.lv

  I’ve removed the unintentional Domain Mapping upgrade, and refunded the transaction. You can register mdvserviss.lv following these instructions:
