I can not upload theme that i've got.

  Please guide me. There is no option for me to upload my theme. I am not sure the wordpress is totally changed from last time i used. Please guide me.

  Here at WordPress.com, we can’t upload third party themes. All of the themes available to us can be found here:

  https://wordpress.com/themes

  You can upload themes to a self- hosted WordPress.org site, but you are much more responsible for the technical upkeep of the site. There are some other differences that you can read about here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
