  I cant verify my information about a new website I am building but also I am confused with wordpress. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  Hello and thank you for your reply.

  When I log in with my credentials I want to go to the website to upload some stuff but I don’t see anything.

  Please make sure you’re logging in with the correct account – I noticed that your first post was from another WordPress.com account.

  Once you’ve logged in, you should be able to go to https://wordpress.com/home/slow-and-steady.net, this is your WordPress.com homepage.
  From there you’ll be able to customize your theme or add content.
