I can not view the Stats page

  When the Stats page opens, it says ‘We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred’. This has been going on for a few months. Please help!

  That error is usually due to an incompatible browser or operating system.

  Could you try logging in with Chrome and see if you still have this issue? If so, could you let us know what operating system and browser (and versions of each) you’re using? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

  You are right! It is visible on Chrome. Thank you! I was using Safari 14.1.2. on Mac, and the Stat page does not open there.

  It looks like your mac is using MacOS 10.14, which an older OS. Do you have the option to update to MacOS 13 Ventura? As computers fall out of date you can run into display issues like this, and it may be the case that for Safari to work you will need to update your OS first.

  Optionally you can switch to Chrome for now, which does tend to work better on older operating systems. But over time even Chrome will not be able to keep up, so updating your OS is recommended for a permanent fix.
