I can successfully upload and place a file from my computer into media. Then I want to transfer it to a page. I can’t see how to do that.

  I can see the file in media. It’s on the top left. I see the pages two buttons up. I can go to pages and find the directory to which I want to move the file but can’t figure out how to copied it from media to the pages directory I choose. Can you tell me how?
