I can t submit replies on forum version 2

  I have benn trying to reply on some topics but I wasn t able to submit my message. I have already started another topic for this issue:

  As the problem persist I can t reply to the answer I got.
  Please, help me with suggestions, I will follow instructios, but I will not be able to answer for questions
