I cancel my purchase (pack of subscription and domain transfer was free and included). Domain transfer fee not refunded

  Hi,
  I cancelled my purchase (Personal Plan, that included free domain transfer). I have got a £21 refund instead of the £36 as WordPress has charged me for the domain transfer, which I obviously was cancelling as well. Please can you help? I have cancelled the domain transfer from the server IONOS, so there won’t be any domains in WordPress.
